These early years are the best time to introduce your child to the true meaning of Easter.

• At Easter we remember that Jesus sacrificed His life that those who believe in Him will have eternal life.
• He was put to death on a cross on a day we call Good Friday and rose again on the third day.
• He then appeared to many before He was seen being taken up to heaven to sit at God's right hand.
• From there he stands between us and God as an eternal sacrifice for our sin.

From a child's Bible read parts of the Easter story to your toddler. You will find it in Matthew chapters 26, 27 and 28.
