Recipes for Toddlers

Toddler Recipes....free and easy recipes for toddlers, toddler meals for your family to enjoy. Don't forget; toddlers can eat your table food as long as it is not food that can be choked on.

It is best not to start a toddler on peanut butter until they are around 2 because of possible allergy implications. Ensure that grapes, cherry tomatoes etc. are cut into quarters if given, and steam carrots a little before giving to soften them. Hotdogs should be cut very small if given to a toddler. Popcorn, whole nuts and chewing gum should be avoided until your toddler is a little older. As well as the toddlers mealtimes they will need snacks throughout the day to keep up their energy levels. Finger foods make a great snack or lunch option for toddlers.
